KK99 Terms and Conditions –
Rules, Policies & User Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the KK99 platform in any way — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the KK99 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full and binding agreement between you and KK99 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all activities on KK99, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, casino gameplay, bonus participation, VIP programme activity and any communication with KK99's customer support team.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a KK99 account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. KK99 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet or play on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in accordance with the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, contact information or payment details — is a breach of these terms.
• You must not already hold an existing KK99 account. Each individual is entitled to one registered account only. Previous accounts that were closed due to a breach of these terms cannot be re-registered.
• You must be registering and using your account for personal recreational purposes only. Using a KK99 account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party or as part of a business operation is not permitted.

KK99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to any activity on your account that requires review. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or suspended until the process is completed.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your KK99 account login credentials, including your username and password. KK99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.

• Do not share your login details with any other person. KK99 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Do not allow any other person — including family members — to access or use your KK99 account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact KK99 support via live chat immediately and change your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.
• Keep your registered email address, mobile number and payment method details current and accurate. KK99 uses these to communicate important account notifications and to process financial transactions.

KK99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were available to you but were not used. If you believe your account security has been compromised, you must notify support without delay.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on KK99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). KK99 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of your transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your KK99 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary during periods of high network activity.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be reversed.
• KK99 does not apply currency conversion fees. The PKR amount you deposit is the PKR amount credited to your balance.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, subject to payment provider capabilities.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically involves confirming your identity and payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the Deposit section of the platform. Processing times may be affected by your payment provider's own settlement schedule.
• KK99 does not deduct processing fees from withdrawal amounts. The PKR amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method.
• Withdrawal requests made during account investigations or where responsible gaming limits are under review may be held temporarily pending resolution.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus rules.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

KK99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated on each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states that multiple bonuses may be combined.
• Bonuses are credited to your account only if you meet the stated eligibility criteria, including any minimum deposit requirement associated with the offer.
• KK99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though offers already credited to eligible accounts prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus — including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or exploiting an error in a promotion — may result in the bonus being voided and your account being reviewed.
• Bonus expiry periods apply to all offers. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically.
• Free bets and free spin awards are subject to their own specific terms stated at the time of the offer and cannot generally be exchanged for cash directly.

KK99's VIP loyalty programme operates under a separate set of terms and conditions accessible on the VIP page. Points earned through eligible sports bets and casino wagers contribute to your VIP tier progression and associated rewards.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on KK99. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within the Sports section of the platform and take precedence where relevant.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the market being open and the bet being confirmed by the system. A bet is not valid until a bet confirmation reference is issued to you.
• KK99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or market, and to decline any bet at its sole discretion. This includes bets placed on PSL matches, T20 internationals, cricket series, football fixtures, esports events and all other sports covered on the platform.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, KK99's settlement rules for affected markets are applied as described in the in-platform rules. Typically, bets on postponed events are voided if the event does not take place within a defined window.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the relevant market being open. KK99 may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided regardless of odds displayed.
• Results for settled markets are based on official data from recognised sporting bodies. In the event of a dispute over a result, KK99's internal review process will apply. Decisions made following this process are final.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are available on eligible markets. Each leg must win for the accumulator to pay out. A voided selection within an accumulator will reduce the bet to the remaining legs.
• KK99 does not accept bets from players who have access to information that is not in the public domain at the time of bet placement. Any bet placed with the benefit of insider information will be voided.

07 Casino & Live Casino

KK99's casino and live casino sections are governed by these general terms as well as the individual game rules provided by the relevant game provider within each game interface. Players are encouraged to read game-specific rules before playing.

• All casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer titles, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or genuine live dealer mechanics, depending on the game type. KK99 publishes RTP information for its casino games where available.
• Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. Technical issues that interrupt a game round are handled according to the game provider's stated incomplete round policy, which KK99 applies consistently.
• Jackpot prizes displayed on progressive jackpot slots are not guaranteed and represent the current prize pool at the time of display. Jackpot wins are paid in full as a single payment to the winning player's account balance.
• Live casino tables operated by third-party providers are subject to the respective provider's table rules in addition to KK99's general terms. Live dealer streams are monitored at all times.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on games with a zero or reduced contribution rate toward wagering requirements do not fulfil wagering obligations at the standard rate. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the bonus terms.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

KK99 is committed to providing a fair gaming and betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets or winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not available to a regular player.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in the platform or in-play markets.
• Collusion with other players in casino games, including coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage at a live dealer table.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of wagering based on the outcome of events that have been manipulated or are suspected of manipulation.
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Using KK99 for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without a legitimate basis after wagering deposited funds.
• Operating multiple accounts in order to access welcome bonuses or other first-time player offers more than once.

KK99 monitors accounts continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, KK99 reserves the right to temporarily restrict withdrawals and gameplay pending the outcome. KK99's findings following any investigation are final and binding.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

KK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time following a request from KK99.
• Suspected fraudulent, unlawful or prohibited activity on the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming policy.
• An account that has been inactive for a prolonged period as defined in KK99's dormant account policy, which is communicated separately.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found and a player has voluntarily closed their account, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who wish to close their own account for any reason — including as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting KK99 customer support via live chat at any time.

10 Responsible Gaming

KK99 is committed to supporting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gambling and sports betting are recreational activities intended for adults who can afford to stake what they may lose. The following tools are available to all registered players within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once a limit is in place, it cannot be increased immediately — an increase request is subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive changes.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the KK99 platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet or play. Marketing communications will also be paused.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts during gameplay that display time spent in session and net result.

If you feel that your gaming or betting activity has moved beyond recreation and is causing financial or personal stress, KK99 encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from relevant advisory services. KK99 does not encourage chasing losses, and our platform should never be treated as a source of income.

11 Privacy & Data

KK99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on KK99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Personal data provided during registration and verification is used to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil legal obligations and provide customer support.
• KK99 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Payment data is handled securely in accordance with applicable data security standards. KK99 does not store full card details on its own servers.
• KK99 may use cookies and similar tracking technologies on its platform to improve functionality and user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
• Players have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by KK99, and to request correction of inaccurate data. Requests of this nature should be submitted through the customer support live chat channel.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK99's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• KK99 does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions or any other circumstances outside of KK99's direct control that affect the availability or performance of the platform.
• KK99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. KK99 will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.
• Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk. KK99 is not responsible for any financial loss you incur through betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• KK99 does not accept liability for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.
• KK99's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player during the same period, to the extent permitted by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

KK99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, KK99 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by email or in-platform notification — prior to the changes taking effect.

The updated Terms and Conditions will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use the KK99 platform after updated terms have been published and you have been notified, you are taken to have accepted the revised terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact KK99 support to request account closure. In that case, your verified account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the KK99 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and KK99 in relation to your use of the platform.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

KK99's failure to enforce any provision of these terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
